The Safe Steps Book is a brand operated by Action Think Ltd (Company No. 15338309). These Terms govern your use of this website and any enquiries you submit.

1. What we do

We produce child-friendly printed safety books for UK schools. Local businesses can sponsor print runs. Sponsored books are delivered to schools at no cost to the school.

2. Sponsorship and schools

Sponsors may nominate a local school. Where required, we can suggest suitable local schools. Delivery timelines depend on print scheduling and logistics.

3. Sponsor details

Sponsor details appear on the back cover only. Artwork is finalised and approved before printing.

4. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will confirm availability, pricing and sponsorship options separately.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and creative assets are owned by or licensed to Action Think Ltd. You may not reuse them without permission.

6. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the site is error-free or always available. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.

8. Refund Policy

Our services involve the production and delivery of bespoke printed materials prepared specifically for nominated schools. Because these items are custom-made, payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

A refund may be considered only if:

• Payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate payment), or
• We are unable to supply the printed materials as described and cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

No refunds will be issued once:

• Printing has started, or
• Printed materials have been dispatched or delivered.

If printed materials are delivered damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 working days of receipt, providing reasonable evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the affected items, or
• Issue a partial or full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before payment is made with no obligation within 5 working days of the order date.

Once payment has been received:

• Cancellations requested before printing has commenced may be accepted at our discretion and may incur administrative costs.
• Cancellations requested after printing has commenced will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order if:

• Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe,
• You provide incorrect or incomplete information required for printing or delivery,
• You breach these Terms, or
• We are required to do so for legal or operational reasons.

If we cancel an order for reasons not caused by your breach, we will offer either:

• A rescheduled production and delivery date, or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the stage of production.
